Bio

Having sampled much that Houston has in the way of food establishments (and it does have a lot of them) I've decided to start reviewing them. I'm doing this partly to share the information and partly to remember the more obscure eateries I've sampled, so I can tell my friends and guests to the city. As Houston is a geographically large city (one might say sprawling - the Houston metropolitan area is larger than the state of Rhode Island), I will also include reviews from friends who live in parts of town I don't get to very often. When I include reviews from my friends, I'll preface it as such.
